workout is a multi-media installation designed by matt pierce, krista babbitt, and brought to life by wilson the wolf. work out provides an environment for the participant to experience a version of "gym culture" and some of the entrapments associated with such.

the installation includes large scale video projections, surround-sound audio manipulations, live-feed interactive video and object exertion (towel sculpture & scaled flooring).
